| April 10, 2013 , Hefei NSK Ltd. commissioning ceremony . Mayor ZHANG Qing-jun , Seiko Corporation president Norio Otsuka commissioned jointly launched the opening button. The production of a project , on October 20, 2011 officially started construction.
